The Convincing Ground Referendum
“… a lot of the reasons why they voted NO, I believe, were a result of misinformation that has been spread across this campaign. A lot of them were saying things such as they were, you know, voting NO because they didn't want to lose their land, their house, I mean that's obviously been something that's come from the NO side. …”

Aussies Losing Land - Is this misinformation? Or is that what will happen when the Aboriginal Industry and their elites are empowered by a win by the YES vote?
Last week, on the 2nd of October 2023, we were sent an email that piqued our interest from a reader of our Dark Emu Exposed website, which read:
“Unconvincing Ground Massacre”
“If you would like a concise opinion in regards to the Convincing Ground in Portland Victoria, please contact me via whatsapp +256 XXX XXX XXX . I was the developer of this property. Obviously I have a different observation first hand of truthful telling of this story.” - Michael Maher
Intriguingly, on looking up the telephone code +256 we could see it was the code for Uganda.
Was this unsolicited email real, or were we about to be scammed with a multimillion deal by a Ugandan prince that was too good to refuse?
So we rang the number and surprisingly ended up spending the next hour chatting with an Aussie-accented expat who outpoured on his devastating experience of having his land “stolen” by Aborigines, acting in cahoots, he said, with the Victorian Labor governments of Bracks and Brumby in the mid 2000s.
The story, in all its horrifying detail, was related in a 2006 piece by Channel Seven’s Today Tonight program
Today Michael Maher lives in Kampala, Uganda, a world away from the potential horror unfolding in Australia with the Voice referendum.
Michael’s ‘lived-experience’ with having his land taken from him by Aborigines, using the power of the state, is the evidence that we need to further heed political commentator, Paul Kelly’s, warning that the Voice has the potential, “to be a very substantial change to a system of government and it’s got to be assessed on merit.”
In our opinion, the Voice coupled with Aboriginal activism has the potential to attack that most fundamental aspect of our free-enterprise, Western system of government, the right to own and hold private property.
But perhaps that is the point of the Voice (treaty and truth-telling) - the ability of the Marxist wing of the Yes-campaign to finally appropriate any private or crown property that it wants on behalf of the state or its communist associates?

Was there Even a Massacre at Convincing Ground?
The tragic aspect of this whole saga is that there is no real evidence that the site that came to be known as the Convincing Ground was in fact a massacre site where Aborigines were killed [based on our preliminary reading. A full investigation of the rival claims will be published at a later date].
Was Rob Hulls the ‘mastermind’ behind this ‘land-grab’?
Some readers might smile when they learn that today Rob Hulls is the Director of the so-called “Centre of Innovative Justice” at RMIT.
One suspects his handling of Michael Maher’s case gave him all the experienced he needed to claim an expertise in ‘innovative justice’ in his job application at RMIT!
But then justice can work in mysterious ways:
We are sure Michael Maher would like the same question answered by Rob Hulls?
If Rob would like to contact us, we are happy to pass on Michael’s phone number in Uganda so Rob can ring and explain why the ‘criminal’ government of Bracks & Brumby invaded Michael’s land and stole it. Why?
