Australia's Greatest Literary Hoax - The Exposure of Dark Emu

The website of Dark Emu Exposed is the story of how an unassuming group of just ordinary, ‘Quiet Australians’, ‘amateurs’ in fact, came together with their time, resources and support to act as the catalyst in exposing what is now called, Australia’s Greatest Literary Hoax. That of Bruce Pascoe and his Dark Emu.

The members of Dark Emu Exposed were given much support by contributions from historians, Aboriginal people, archaeologists, scientists and other interested community members, who necessarily had to remain anonymous in these times of ‘cancel culture.’

Our members are from all parts of Australia and from all walks of life. We also have one member from the Cradle of Western Civilization, in Athens, Greece and another from that Eastern Civilization Centre in Lahore, Pakistan.

Our views on Bruce Pascoe and his Dark Emu have now been thoroughly vindicated by other critics, such as author Peter O’Brien and his book Bitter Harvest, and Left-wing academics, Peter Sutton and Keryn Walshe in their book Farmers or Hunter Gatherers? The Dark Emu Debate. We also note that the promotional machine at our ABC, long champions of Bruce Pascoe and his Dark Emu, have ‘dropped him like hot murnong.’

So well done to all the members of, and contributors to, the Dark Emu Exposed project. It is heartening to see that ‘little’ Australians can make a difference and push back against this anti-Australian, ‘Cultural Marxism’ that is sweeping our institutions and ‘intelligentsia.’ Hopefully our win against the Dark Emu revisionism of our Australian and Colonial history will be the first win of the many more still to come.
